Custom Floorball Sticks

There are different materials of sticks shaft for you to choose from, such as composite(carbon fiber, fiberglass or carbon&fiberglass), aluminum alloy and ABS plastic shaft of floorball sticks. They have their own characteristics.

Customize sticks of suitable length according to your target customers. The chart provides a detailed breakdown of the suitable lenght(sizes) for body height.

If you want to choose fewer sizes, you can also reduce the size to achieve less size coverage over a wider range of heights.

At present, we only have one AW2 floorball stick blade model available for selection.

The stick blade is divided into two directions, left and right. The weight of AW2 blade is 78g.

The regular material for the blade is PP&fiberglass, but other materials such as HDPE can also be customized.

At present, the regular colors of the blade are blue, red, yellow, green, and white. If you want to customize blade in other colors for your sticks, the MOQ for blade is 2000 per color.

Different floorball stick grips are suitable for sticks of different materials and usage situations. The prices are also different.

• PU Leather Grip: PU leather grip is suitable for composite sticks and aluminum alloy sticks. PU leather grip is widely used and has a good feeling.
• NBR Foamed Cotton Grip: NBR Foamed Cotton Grip is suitable for aluminum alloy sticks. We creatively applied sponge to aluminum alloy sticks. It has good sweat absorption performance and a lower price.
• NO Grip: Grip is not required on ABS plastic sticks.

The shaft of the floorball stick is hollow, and the top of the shaft is usually covered with a "cap". There are four caps in the picture. From left to right, they are:

• Cap of composite stick: The cap of the composite stick has no pattern on the surface.
• Cap of composite stick: The cap of the composite stick has a pattern on its surface. The pattern uses Epoxy Resin Drop-Casting(Crystal Drop-Casting) technology.
• Cap of aluminum stick: The cap of aluminum alloy stick is different from other caps. Unable to add patterns to its surface.
• Cap of ABS plastic stick: The cap of the ABS plastic stick has a pattern on the surface. The pattern is a sticker.

*Drop-casting is a processing technique involving the application of a specific liquid adhesive onto the surface of crafts, ornaments, toys, or other items, forming a transparent or semi-transparent protective layer or decorative overlay upon curing.According to the type of adhesive material employed, the drop-casting process can be further classified into distinct categories. One such variant is epoxy resin drop-casting, whose principal constituents are high-purity epoxy resin and a curing agent. Also known as crystal drop-casting, this method is the specific technique we employ in our operations.

There are two packaging sizes available for reference, namely 106×35×8cm and 130×35×8cm.

Typically, floorball sticks 75cm or shorter use smaller packaging boxes, while floorball sticks 85cm or longer use larger packaging boxes.

Each packaging box can hold 10 floorball sticks.

In addition, the size and printing patterns of packaging can be customized according to your specific requirements.And you can choose a color box or use a cheaper kraft paper box.
